Up to 125 guests depending on layout: 80–100 guests banquet style, 80–100 theater style, and 100–125 for cocktail-style events. We’re happy to help you choose the best layout for your guest count.

Absolutely — we encourage you to personalize the space with your own decorations, flowers, centerpieces and personal touches. Early decorating access (+$100) lets you set up the morning of your event, and day-before access (+$200) gives you time for more elaborate setups. Please note that open flames, confetti and glitter are not permitted, and please use Command™ strips or freestanding frames rather than nails, staples or tape.

All retainers and deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your event date, no refund is issued for amounts paid unless the date is successfully rebooked. For cancellations more than 30 days out, the retainer is forfeited but additional payments may be applied toward a rescheduled date at our discretion. We strongly recommend event insurance. The $100 security deposit is non-refundable and is due 7 days before your event. It is separate from any damage fee that may apply if the venue is damaged beyond normal wear — we do a walkthrough before and after every event to document the venue’s condition.

Yes — we’re an open-vendor venue. Bring your preferred caterer, DJ, photographer, florist or any vendor you love. We don’t provide catering, but there’s a dedicated prep area for your catering team. All vendors must be insured, set up within your contracted time block, and clean up after the event.
