1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing thegracevenue.org or booking an event at The Grace Venue, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Booking & Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Rental Packages & Standard Rates

  • Monday–Thursday (4 Hours): $400
  • Monday–Thursday (6 Hours): $600
  • Friday Rental: $750
  • Saturday Rental: $950
  • Sunday Rental: $800
  • Additional Hour: $75 per hour

Special event packages (Baby/Bridal Showers, Adult Birthday Parties, Graduation Parties, Corporate Meetings, Micro Weddings, and Holiday Parties) are subject to the durations and rates specified on our Packages and Pricing pages.

3. Required Fees & Optional Add-Ons

  • Security Deposit (Non-Refundable): $100 (due 7 days before the event)
  • Cleaning Fee: $100 (required for all bookings)
  • Damage Fee: Charged if applicable for any damage to the property, walls, floors, or furniture
  • Overtime Fee: $75 per hour for any time used beyond the contracted rental window
  • Optional Early Decorating Access (2 Hours): $100
  • Optional Day-Before Decorating Access: $200 (subject to venue availability)

4. Reservations, Payments & Cancellations

  • 25% Non-Refundable Retainer: A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. This retainer is applied toward your total balance if the reservation is maintained.
  • Balance Due Date: The remaining rental balance is due in full 30 days before the event.
  • Security Deposit Due Date: The $100 security deposit is due 7 days before the event.
  • Cancellation Within 30 Days: For cancellations within 30 days of the event date, all payments made are non-refundable unless the date is successfully rebooked.

5. Venue Capacity & Safety

Our 1,959 sq. ft. venue comfortably accommodates:

  • 80–100 guests seated banquet style
  • 80–100 guests theater style
  • 100–125 guests cocktail / open-house style

Clients must not exceed maximum occupancy limits and must ensure all fire exits and doorways remain unobstructed at all times.

6. Property Care & Liability

The Renter assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all guests, vendors, and contractors during the rental period. Nails, staples, duct tape, glitter, confetti, or open flames that may damage walls or flooring are prohibited without prior written approval. The Grace Venue is not liable for personal items left on the premises before, during, or after an event.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any rental agreements executed with The Grace Venue are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
