Booking & venue rules

1. Booking & Payment Schedule

• 25% Non-Refundable Retainer: A 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. Your date is not held until the retainer and signed rental agreement are received. The retainer transfers toward your total balance if the reservation is maintained.
• Remaining Balance (30 Days Prior): The remaining rental balance is due in full no later than 30 days before the event date.
• Security Deposit (7 Days Prior): A $100 non-refundable security deposit is due 7 days before the event.
• Cleaning Fee: A mandatory $100 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Retainer Policy: The initial 25% retainer is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.
• Cancellation Within 30 Days: If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled event, all payments made are non-refundable unless the venue date is successfully rebooked by another client.

3. Decorating Access & Overtime

• Standard Rental Window: All setup, decorating, event time, and breakdown must occur within your contracted rental hours unless an optional decorating add-on is purchased.
• Early Decorating Add-On (+$100): Provides 2 additional hours prior to your event start time exclusively for decorating and vendor setup.
• Day-Before Decorating Add-On (+$200): Provides decorating access the day before your event, subject to venue availability.
• Overtime ($75/hour): Any occupation of the venue past the contracted end time will be billed at $75 per hour.

4. Venue Rules & Decor Guidelines

• Wall & Floor Protection: Nothing may be nailed, screwed, stapled, or adhered with duct/packaging tape to the walls, ceilings, doors, or floors. Approved Command™ strips or freestanding backdrop frames must be used.
• Prohibited Items: Loose glitter, metallic confetti, smoke/fog machines (which trigger fire alarms), and unenclosed open flames are not permitted inside the venue.
• Capacity Limits: Maximum capacity is 80–100 guests seated (banquet/theater style) or 100–125 guests (cocktail style).
• Damage Policy: An additional damage fee will be assessed if any damage occurs to the venue structure, flooring, restrooms, or included gold Chiavari chairs and tables.
