Vendor guidelines
Share these with your caterer, DJ and decorator before the big day.
- All vendors must be insured.
- Setup and breakdown happen within your contracted rental hours (or your early / day-before decorating window).
- Caterers have a dedicated prep area — the venue does not provide catering.
- Nothing nailed, screwed, stapled or taped with duct or packing tape to walls, ceilings, doors or floors — use Command™ strips or freestanding frames.
- No loose glitter, metallic confetti, smoke or fog machines, or unenclosed open flames.
- Vendors clean up after themselves before the rental ends.
